Ghanaian hiplife musician, Kaakyire Kwame Fosu, popularly known as KK Fosu, has expressed his desire to serve as a parliamentarian, in order to make a positive impact on the people in his constituency.

In a recent discussion on Adom TV, he said that his love for Ghana drives him and that’s why he sometimes take the lead in demonstrations.

“That’s how I was born, I’m always there because I want to go to Parliament to have that power. Maybe, if I want to bring in a business-minded person to my constituency, there wouldn’t be any middleman.

“But if I’m a parliamentary candidate, whatever I have to say, I could just talk to the Speaker (of Parliament) and it will be directed to the president. When you are not a parliamentarian, the president hardly gets your message, that’s why I always lead in demonstration. I love my country and I want the betterment of Ghana,” he said.

As a musician, KK Fosu has made a significant impact on the Ghanaian music scene and his decision to enter politics is seen as a natural progression of his passion for serving others.
