Ghanaian music duo DopeNation has reacted to reports about Kuami Eugene exiting Lynx Entertainment.
A few days ago, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, confirmed that Eugene had left his outfit.
He stated in an interview with DJ Slim that Eugene’s exit was public knowledge.
His confirmation comes months after rumours about Kuami Eugene leaving Lynx were denied.
On the back of this, DopeNation, consisting of Micheal Boafo (B2) and Tony Boafo (Twist) responded to the current report.

In an X post, the duo said they are waiting to see how the ‘Angela’ hitmaker will break the “lynx curse”.
Referencing Eugene’s statement that what was to be shared among four boys was going to be shared among two boys, a remark he made after DopeNation and Lynx Entertainment parted ways some years ago.
Even though Kuami Eugene appeared to be joking, the duo seemed unhappy about it up to date.
DopeNation wrote: “Let’s see how you carry the so called “lynx curse” now. what was meant for four people is now for one person. We wish you well. @KuamiEugene.”
