    Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is the Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is the Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources

    The Appointments Committee of Parliament is set to vet the Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah on Monday, January 27, 2025.

    This follows his appointment by President John Dramani Mahama in his final round of ministerial appointments to his government in a statement released on January 21, 2025.

    Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah is a politician with experience in governance and resource management. He is currently the Member of Parliament for the Ellembelle constituency in the Western Region.

    He previously served as Minister for Energy and Petroleum from 2013 to 2016 during Mahama’s first administration, where he oversaw reforms in Ghana’s energy sector.

    The vetting session will commence at 9:00 am in Committee Room 1 and 2 of the Administration Building of Parliament.
