Political science lecturer, Prof. Ransford Gyampo, has urged appointees of John Dramani Mahama to be visionary.
According to him, they need to set high standards for themselves as they accept to take positions of influence in the country.
He is of the view that the previous government lowered the bar and, therefore, should not be the benchmark for their performance in public office.
Gyampo was speaking on TV3’s Key Points when he made this known.
“I will urge the appointees to be visionary in all that they do,” he said on the program on January 25, 2025.
He added further that “Set higher standards; don’t use Akufo-Addo as base standards for anything you do.”
