A woman has shared her embarrassing experience of tripping on a treadmill on her first visit to the gym.
In the clip, the lady @sexysica_ mentioned it was her first time visiting the gym when she experienced an embarrassing moment.
The lady lost her balance and fell to the ground while taking a video selfie of herself exercising on the treadmill.
Immediately, she was rescued by two men, one of whom controlled the treadmill’s speed while the other lifted her off the ground.
She emphasized that because it was her first time at the gym, she felt ashamed and couldn’t face the reality of her uncomfortable situation.
