Forson Amankwah scored two late goals in stoppage time to secure all three points for Norwich City in their Game Week 26 clash against Coventry City in the Championship on Saturday, January 4, 2025.

The 22-year-old only needed 11 minutes to score a brace for Norwich, who were on the brink of losing for the first time in four games.

Coming on with just six minutes left on the clock, the midfielder picked up the ball at the edge of the box after being set up by Borja Sainz and curled it into the top corner to equalize for the Canaries.

Four minutes later, Amankwah scored again to complete a 2-1 comeback for Norwich.

The midfielder was found just outside the box by Onel Hernandez and unleashed a strike that sent fans inside Carrow Road into ecstasy.

These were the Ghanaian’s first goals for Norwich City since joining the club at the start of the 2024/25 season.
