Dutch international Memphis Depay has charged Asante Kotoko players to beat Bibiani GoldStars ahead of their crucial game on Friday.

The Porcupine Warriors will host GoldStars at the Baba Yara Stadium in the Matchday 15 game.

Upon visiting the playing body of the Reds on Thursday at the Adako Jachie training grounds, Depay, who currently plays for Brazilian giants Corinthians, charged the players to go all out to get the needed win.

“You guys need the three points to catch up with other teams in the league. I wish you all the best in tomorrow’s game. My eyes are now on the team. Now, I’m involved—let’s get to the next level,” said the former Barcelona and Manchester United attacker, who has Ghanaian heritage.

Asante Kotoko currently sits 5th on the league table with 24 points, while GoldStars hold 2nd place with 27 points.

The game is scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
