C Confion, a Kumasi-based skit maker and rising star born Bright Owusu, died recently while seeking treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

In a terrible admission, C Confion revealed the source of his illness before his untimely death, giving his followers some closure on his unfortunate passing. Although the specifics of his ailment have not been published, C Confion was apparently dealing with health concerns prior to his hospitalisation.

In recent social media posts and interviews, the bright young comedian alluded to chronic health issues, which may have contributed to his unexpected deterioration. The news of his death has sent shockwaves through his audience, with many going to social media to express their sorrow and pay tribute to the comedian who rose to prominence under the mentoring of Akabenezer (also known as Dr. Likee). C Confion’s death has created a gap in the Kumasi entertainment scene, with colleagues and admirers lamenting the loss of a promising talent.
