Bible Nokwafo predicted a win for Asante Kotoko Bible Nokwafo predicted a win for Asante Kotoko

Bible Nokwafo, a Kumasi-based prophet, is enjoying plaudits on social media for accurately predicting the outcome of the Super Clash between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday, December 15, 2024.

Ahead of the game, Bible Nokwafo made an appearance on Angel TV where he prophesied that at the start of the game, three crows would fly over the stadium, signifying victory for Asante Kotoko.

He, however, warned that the failure of the birds to fly over the stadium would signify defeat for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

He further stated that whoever won that game was going to win the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League title.

“Whoever wins the match on Sunday will win the league. If they start the game and they see three crows, then it will be a win for Kotoko, but if the birds don’t fly over the stadium, then Kotoko should forget about the game,” he said.

As it turned out, Kumasi Asante Kotoko got the better of Hearts of Oak with a last-minute victory at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Albert Amoah pounced on a miscommunication between Hearts goalkeeper Benjamin Asare and Kelvin Osei to score a late winner for Asante Kotoko.

Amoah was quick to seize the opportunity, tapping the ball into the empty net to hand Kotoko all three points.

Despite creating several chances throughout the match, Hearts of Oak were unable to convert, and the costly error in the closing stages ultimately sealed their fate.

With this victory, Kotoko now have 6 wins, 3 draws, and 4 losses from 13 matches, placing them 6th on the league table with 21 points.

Hearts of Oak, who have 5 wins, 4 draws, and 4 losses from 12 matches, sit 7th with 19 points.
