Legendary Ghanaian goalkeeper Richard Kingson was in church on Sunday, December 15, and he ensured that his presence was felt in the auditorium.
The former goalkeepers’ coach of the Black Stars made his presence felt with some hilarious dance moves.
In a video shared via his TikTok handle, an excited Richard Kingson was captured happily dancing as he expressed gratitude to God.
Richard Kingson is one of the high-profile sports personalities who have spoken about the 2024 elections.
Olele explained why he voted for Benjamin Ayiku of the NDC over Bernard Okoe-Boye of the NPP.
Ayiku beat Okoe-Boye in the December 7, 2020 elections, and the former Wigan Athletic goalkeeper, after casting his vote in the December 7, 2024 elections, noted that he has observed more progress in the constituency under Ayiku’s tenure than during Okoe-Boye’s.
“Every Ghanaian has a candidate or a party they support, and I can say Ayiku, even before he became a minister, was helping the community with his own money. By the grace of God, he was voted as the MP,” Kingson said.
However, Kingson was quick to deny any intention of venturing into politics, explaining that his presence at the polling center was purely to observe the electoral process.
“I am watching as a Ghanaian, so if anyone asks me how the election went, I can explain to them,” he added.
Richard Kingson made 93 appearances for the Black Stars, scoring one goal.
He was part of Ghana’s squad for the 2006 and 2010 World Cup tournaments.
