    Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician Grace Ashly has boldly criticized her fellow gospel musicians, accusing them of hypocrisy and deceit.

    She made this passionate statement on Saturday, November 30, 2024, during the Celebrity Peace Walk organized by the Celebrity Peace Foundation.

    The event, held at Alajo Park, brought together notable figures to advocate for peace ahead of Ghana’s general elections on December 7, 2024.

    In her address, Grace Ashly emphasized the importance of truthfulness and integrity in promoting peace.

    She cautioned the public against emulating the behaviors of certain individuals in the entertainment industry, particularly her colleagues in the gospel music scene.

    “Some of my colleague gospel musicians are the epitome of hypocrisy,” she stated boldly. “They will laugh with you in public, but behind closed doors, they do everything to bring you down. This is not what we should emulate,” she stated.w

    Grace Ashly did not mince words as she declared that she stood by her statements and was unafraid of any backlash. “I’m ready to meet anyone who dares me fair and square,” she affirmed.

    Other celebrities present at the event included gospel musician Joyce Blessing, renowned fashionista and entrepreneur Osibo the Zaraman, among others.
