GhanaWeb has sighted a viral video on social media where some persons were seen displaying a bunch of burnt GH₵200, and GH₵100 notes.
In the video shared on X, on November 23, 2024, a voice was heard revealing that the incident happened on November 21.
The person who recorded the video was also heard pleading with the two major political parties in the country to help the victim who happens to be a shop owner.
The victim whose building got burnt is said to be a young man in his thirties.
