Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur Tracey Boakye and her husband, Frank Badu Ntiamoah, have warmed hearts on social media after rewarding one of their loyal workers with a fully paid trip to Dubai in appreciation of his dedication and hard work during the construction of their Casa Grande property.

The couple decided to give the gentleman the special treat because of the commitment and significant contribution he made towards the construction of the property, which has become one of their major business investments.

In a video shared online by Tracey Boakye, she captured the moment her husband presented the gentleman with his visa and flight tickets, officially informing him about the exciting trip to Dubai.

The video subsequently showed some of the memorable experiences the lucky worker enjoyed during his stay in the United Arab Emirates. Among the highlights was a desert adventure, where he was spotted riding a camel, alongside other exciting activities and experiences that tourists commonly enjoy when visiting Dubai.

Tracey, who added a voice-over to the video, explained that the gesture was their way of showing appreciation to the gentleman for the hard work and dedication he demonstrated while working on Casa Grande.

She also used the opportunity to encourage people to approach every responsibility entrusted to them with seriousness and commitment, stressing the importance of doing their best even when working on projects that belong to other people.

According to her message, people should learn to work diligently and give their best wherever they find themselves, as their efforts can be recognised and appreciated in unexpected ways.

The gesture has since been receiving a lot of positive reactions online from netizens who have been applauding Tracey Boakye and her husband for constantly doing such things for their staff.

It should be noted that Casa Grande, located in East Legon, Accra, first attracted public attention following its unveiling in February 2025. Tracey later expanded the business with the launch of a rooftop restaurant and bar in August 2025.
