Paulo Okoye, a music executive, made a noteworthy statement regarding the disparity in living expenses between the average Nigerian and the higher class.

The 57-year-old shared empathy on his Instagram story for the 99% of Nigerians who are tough and resilient and work hard to make ends meet. They were the Real MVPs, in his opinion.

    He wrote,

“Right now, 99% of Nigerians are going through hell at the moment, while only 1% flaunt their wealth, oblivious to the struggles.
But to my fellow 99% Nigerians, I want to say: You are the REAL MVPs! Despite the challenges, you remain resilient, strong and vibrant!
Embrace your awesomeness, hug yourself tight and be proud of who you are! Nigerians are still the happiest people globally!
Keep shining, keep pushing and know you’re not alone!
    Paulo”

He claimed that although 1% of Nigerians flaunt their accumulated money and opulence without understanding the struggles of the common Nigerian, 99% of Nigerians are facing the unusual in the current economy.

According to Paulo, Nigerians are still the happiest people in the world, thus individuals should be proud of who they are and embrace their magnificence.
