    The 4th Edition of the Western Gospel Awards 2024 witnessed unforgettable performances from iconic gospel music legends – Tagoe Sisters, Rev. Yawson, Team Eternity, and others.

    Tagoe Sisters: A Timeless Legacy

    The revered Tagoe Sisters, recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award, took the stage by storm with their soul-stirring harmonies and nostalgic hits. Their performance was a testament to their enduring impact on Ghanaian gospel music.

    Rev. Yawson: A Ministerial Masterclass

    Veteran gospel minister Rev. Yawson delivered a powerful, spirit-filled performance that left the audience in awe. His signature voice and impassioned delivery underscored his legacy as a gospel music icon.

    Team Eternity: High-Energy Performance

    Team Eternity Ghana brought the house down with their high-energy performance, blending contemporary styles with traditional gospel roots. Their dynamic stage presence and infectious enthusiasm electrified the crowd.

    The Western Gospel Awards 2024 ceremony, held at Word of Life Assemblies of God, celebrated excellence in Western Region gospel music. Efua Black stole the show, winning three awards, including Overall Artiste of the Year.

    The event was a night to remember, with special guest Hon. Kwamena Okyere Darkoh-Mensah, Representative of the Western Region in Ghana’s Parliament, presenting the Lifetime Achievement Award to the legendary Tagoe Sisters.

    The 4th Edition of the Western Gospel Awards was a testament to the resilience, talent, and collective spirit within the gospel music industry in the Western Region.

    Western Male Vocalist of the Year: Michael Dennis

    Western Gospel Song of the Year: Kofi Karikari – Something New

    Western Instrumentalist of the Year: Richmon Kojo Quarm

    Western Best Backing Vocalist of the Year: Afesa

    Western Gospel Radio/TV Presenter of the Year: Prince Macasford (Owass fm)

    Western Gospel Radio/TV Show of the Year: In His Presence (Empire fm)
