The Black Stars of Ghana wrapped up preparations for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

In line with CAF rules, the Black Stars held their final training session at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Angola.

Coach Otto Addo and his technical team took the players through some drills as they tried to implement their style for the game.

The team also did some shooting drills, with Ernest Nuamah beating goalkeeper Manaf with a beautiful curler.

They also did some rondos in groups of four players as they tried to master passing their way out of a possible Angola press.

Despite the poor run of results, confidence is high in camp, with the players all beaming with smiles and sharing jokes during the session.

The Black Stars were handed a great boost by Niger, who defeated Sudan at the Stade de Kégué in Lomé on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Goals from Youssouf Oumarou, Ousseini Badasmassi, and Daniel Sosah (brace) helped Niger secure an emphatic victory over Sudan in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers.

As things stand, Angola is leading Group F with twelve points, Sudan is second with seven points, Niger is third with four points, and Ghana is at the bottom with just two points.

The Black Stars will take on Angola today, November 15, 2024, in a must-win encounter at the Estádio 11 de Novembro in Angola.
