A man has been arrested over the ‘unexplained’ death of a ‘beautiful’ mother-of-two.
Hannah Fry, 29, became unwell on July 13 at her home in Longridge, Lancashire and was taken to hospital but died later that day.
Lancashire Constabulary said a 31-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of coercive and controlling behaviour and was later further arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
He has been bailed with conditions while enquiries continue.
A 23-year-old man was also arrested ‘in relation to the offence that was initially reported and prompted police attendance’, a police spokesman said.
‘Hannah’s death is being treated as unexplained, and enquiries into what led to it are ongoing,’ the force added.
In a statement, Ms Fry’s parents paid tribute to their ‘beautiful and only daughter’.

They said: ‘Hannah was our beautiful and only daughter, the light of our lives and the love in our hearts and souls. She was a devoted mother to her two precious daughters, a cherished daughter, granddaughter, sister, and a loyal, loving friend to so many.
‘At just 29 years old, Hannah’s life was far too short. She was not only beautiful inside and out, but also funny, bubbly, witty, and full of life, with a fantastic personality.
‘She will always be remembered for her madcap sense of humour, her infectious laugh, and her ability to light up every room she entered.’
They added: ‘Hannah had an extraordinary capacity for love, kindness, compassion, and loyalty. She was truly one of a kind, and there will never be another like her.’
Lancashire Constabulary said: ‘We ask that you are mindful of all those affected by Hannah’s death, and please refrain from any unhelpful speculation that could only cause further distress to her family.’
