The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has presented Nissan Navara pick-up vehicles to selected Regional Football Associations (RFAs) and key departments, as part of efforts to improve football administration across the country.

The vehicles, funded through the FIFA Forward Programme, were distributed to the Northern RFA, Greater Accra RFA, the GFA Technical Directorate, the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence, and the Association’s Head Office.
The latest presentation follows a similar exercise carried out last year, during which eight Regional Football Associations received vehicles to support their operations.
According to the GFA, the initiative is aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of its structures, particularly at the regional level, where logistical challenges often hinder effective football development and administration.
The provision of the vehicles is expected to facilitate easier movement for officials, improve monitoring of football activities, and strengthen grassroots development efforts across the various regions.
The FIFA Forward Programme continues to play a crucial role in supporting football development projects in Ghana, with a focus on infrastructure, capacity building, and administrative support.
The GFA maintains that such interventions are essential in ensuring the smooth running and growth of the sport nationwide.
