Heavyweight prospect Matty Harris dropped fireplug Franklin Ignatius with a short right hand, after which referee Sean McAvoy waved off the count for a TKO at 0:20 of the second round. Harris improves to 10-1,7 KOs, while Ignatius falls to 9-2-1 with 1 KO.
Opening the main pay-per-view portion of the show, former American amateur middleweight standout Amir “Cashman” Anderson faced Jordan Dujon. Anderson got some rounds in, and it looked as if he would go the distance for the first time in his career. But a late surge in the eighth and final round prompted referee Rocky Israel to jump in at 2:18, saving Dujon from further punishment and keeping Anderson’s KO streak perfect at 8-0 with 8 KOs. Dujon falls to 10-7.
