The leadership of RamaVisions, a non-governmental organisation focused on mentoring and empowering young football talents, has paid a courtesy call on the Culture and Education Attaché of the United States Embassy in Ghana in Accra.

The delegation, led by Chief Executive Officer Ofeibea Ramatu Abdulai, used the meeting to outline the organization’s vision and mission, while seeking support from the Embassy to expand its initiatives. She expressed gratitude to the Embassy for granting the audience and reaffirmed RamaVisions’ commitment to developing young athletes, particularly female footballers, through structured outreach programmes.

According to Miss Abdulai, the organization aims to nurture talent while promoting discipline, leadership, and personal growth both on and off the pitch. She emphasized that sports, especially football, remain a powerful tool for social transformation, helping to inspire hope and create opportunities for young people.

She noted that RamaVisions has supported underprivileged students with educational materials, uniforms, and tuition, while also discovering and grooming young female footballers across the country.

Responding, Donya Eldridge commended the initiative and encouraged the group to continue its work. She indicated that the Embassy would explore future opportunities, including exchange programmes, to support the organization’s efforts in Ghana.
