Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey played the full 90 minutes as the Gunners fell 1-0 to Inter Milan in Round 4.

Despite the narrow loss, Partey’s performance stood out, highlighting his quality and tenacity on the European stage.

The decisive moment came in the 53rd minute when Inter’s Hakan Calhanoglu found the back of the net, giving the Italian side a slim advantage they would hold onto for the remainder of the match.

Arsenal pushed to equalize, but Inter’s defensive resolve proved too strong.

Partey was a commanding presence in Arsenal’s midfield, contributing both defensively and offensively. Over the course of the match, he registered 71 touches, showcasing his ability to control the tempo and maintain possession under pressure. He completed two key passes, threading the ball into dangerous areas to create opportunities for his teammates.

His contributions didn’t stop in midfield. Partey also completed a successful dribble, demonstrating his agility and determination to drive forward. Defensively, he was equally reliable, making a vital clearance to help keep Arsenal in the game.
