Ghana’s national U-17 women’s team, the Black Maidens, delivered a commanding performance with a 10-1 victory over Teshie Constant Ladies in a friendly match at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence.
The dominant display forms part of the team’s preparations for their upcoming qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, where they are set to face Togo.
Head coach Joe Nana Adarkwa and his technical team used the fixture to assess player combinations, improve match fitness, and evaluate the squad’s overall readiness ahead of the crucial ties.
