Clement Abrefa Yeboah, husband of acclaimed Ghanaian media personality Oheneni Adazoa, has publicly opened up for the first time about the couple’s long-standing fertility challenges and persistent rumours about their marriage.

In an interview with Ghanaian television host Delay, Clement Abrefa revealed that he and his wife have undergone approximately six in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedures over the course of their 21-year marriage but are yet to conceive a child.

“We have done about six IVFs, and we still don’t have a child,” he disclosed during the interview.

Recounting events from the early years of their marriage, Clement Abrefa said he relocated Oheneni Adazoa to Techiman, where she later returned home in tears after being told by an individual that he allegedly had a child outside their marriage.

“When I brought her to Techiman during the first few years of our marriage, she returned home in tears because a man had told her that I had a child outside our marriage. I told her to go and ask my father,” he stated.

He maintained that the claims were unfounded and expressed confidence in his integrity, noting that he has never done anything to warrant the kind of allegations being circulated.

Clement Abrefa further addressed what he described as recurring gossip about him fathering a child outside his marriage. According to him, he has encountered such claims on several occasions — even within church settings.

“From the day my father gave birth to me until now, even after his death, I have never done anything that would warrant a family meeting as speculated by the person making those claims,” he said.

He added that he remains open to confronting the allegations directly and challenged anyone with credible information to step forward.

“I appeal to the public that anyone who believes I have a child with someone should come forward. Maybe I have offended the woman and she has deliberately hidden the child. I am ready, so they should bring the woman and the said child,” he declared.
