VISION FC surged into mid-table following a pulsating 3-2 victory over Bechem United on Matchday 23 of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Park on Saturday.
The visitors struck first through evergreen forward, Augustine Okrah, who broke the deadlock in the 27th minute with a composed finish.
However, Vision responded almost immediately, as Sam-an Mohammed restored parity just two minutes after conceding to ignite the home crowd.
Buoyed by the equaliser, Vision pressed forward and were rewarded on the stroke of halftime when Meshack Sowah Adjetey fired the hosts into a 2-1 lead in the 44th minute, capping off a spirited first-half turnaround.
The second half maintained the intensity, and Okrah once again proved decisive for Bechem, unleashing a stunning long-range strike to level matters at 2-2.
But Vision was not to be denied on the afternoon. Ibrahim Larbi stepped up at a crucial moment, netting the decisive goal to restore the home side’s advantage and seal a hard-fought 3-2 triumph.
The victory lifts Vision FC to ninth place on the league table with 30 points, moving them one point above Bechem United, who now sit 10th with 29 points.
