Biggy1z considers himself Ghana's 'fattest' man Biggy1z considers himself Ghana’s ‘fattest’ man

Viral social media personality Biggy1z, who has been labelled as the ‘Fattest man in Ghana’, has claimed that he spends over GH¢500 daily to maintain his body weight.

In an interview on Joy Prime on February 20, 2026, the plus-size man was asked how much he eats in a day.

“I eat like seven to eight times a day,” he revealed.

He went on to describe his food preferences, stating that he doesn’t mind eating anything available as long as it’s solid and heavy.

“I like heavy foods. Sometimes, in the morning, I just consume beans with some Banku. A minimum of five, but a maximum of ten.

“I don’t know breakfast, don’t know lunch, don’t know supper. Everything goes. Anything that comes by, I eat,” he said.

When asked how much he spends to maintain his eating habits, he revealed that he spends upwards of GH¢500 daily.

“As I consume a lot, I spend a lot too as well. Around GH¢500. That’s the minimum,” he said.

Biggy1z, together with his colleagues Gbelewu and Nana Ampa, gained popularity on social media, where they posed as Ghana’s Fattest, Skinniest, and Fittest men, respectively.

Their virality, however, came in January 2026 after they met with popular American streamer IShowSpeed during his tour of Ghana.
