President John Dramani Mahama, is expected to grace the 2026 edition of the Kwahu Business Forum which is scheduled for Friday, April 3, to Sunday, April 5, 2026

Also, it is also expected to feature the Chief of Staff, Mr Julius Debrah; the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Johnson Pandit Asiama; and a host of other senior government and private-sector officials.

This was confirmed by the Special Aide to the Chief of Staff, Mr Benjamin Essuman, who is also a key member of the organizing team in an interview with the media in preparation of the event.

He noted that the anticipated presence of these distinguished high-ranking officials demonstrates the high regard and strong commitment to the summit.

Mr Essuman disclosed that the 2026 edition would be held at the newly constructed Kwahu Business Village, and would feature over 1,000 participants from various fields.

He stated that this year’s event would be expanded to include companies and representatives from the automobile industry, banking, insurance, health, and various goods and services sectors.

“On the sidelines of the conference sessions, there will be trade fairs where various goods and services will be displayed to the public,” he added.

With all the necessary measures putting in place, Mr Essuman said he was confident that the 2026 edition would be flawless and successful.

“Among the innovative features is the early opening of registration, which runs from Thursday, February 12, to April 3, 2026,” he highlighted.

He urged potential participants to register early and indicate the size of their delegations to facilitate smooth coordination and participation.

Mr Essuman also dismissed stereotypes that the forum was exclusively for elite businessmen, emphasizing that the brainchild behind the program was to provide a platform for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to network, build relationships with more established companies, and enhance their sustainability.
