President John Dramani Mahama and his wife, Lordina Dramani Mahama , have left Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, for a 3-day State Visit to Lusaka, Zambia.
They will be welcomed at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport by President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia and his wife.
The visit reflects President Mahama’s commitment to his vision of an Africa that is seamlessly connected through enhanced transport infrastructure, expanded trade links, and the free movement of people and goods.
Later tonight, the President will meet with the Ghanaian community in Lusaka, and on Thursday, will hold bilateral talks with President Hakainde Hichilema.
A key highlight of the visit will be an address to the National Assembly of Zambia, during which President Mahama will share Ghana’s vision for a more integrated and prosperous Africa.
