A woman who was allegedly raped by one of the Alexander brothers after a party at Zac Efron‘s house in 2012 has said he laughed in her face after the horrific assault.
Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander are accused of violently sexually assaulting and raping dozens of women after luring them to luxury destinations.
One woman claimed she was assaulted by Alon Alexander, who is a security bigwig and the brother of real estate titans Tal and Oren Alexander.
As their bombshell court trial unfolded in Manhattan on Tuesday, the alleged victim said she met Alon at an exclusive NBA Finals watch party hosted by Efron.
The woman, who was a 20-year-old NYU student at the time, said Tal gave her a bag of ‘Molly’ – the street name for ecstasy – and she passed out some time later.
She said she woke up naked to see Alon – who was also nude – standing over her. The woman said he repeatedly pushed her down, and she said she did not want to have sex with him.
He allegedly responded by laughing in her face and saying: ‘You already did’. Alon then held her down and raped her, the woman testified.
The woman said the horror unfolded after they went clubbing following a June 21, 2012 party at Efron’s loft penthouse in New York City’s Meatpacking District.

The Alexander brothers appeared in federal court in New York City Tuesday as their trial kicked off with opening statements that saw prosecutors brand them as ‘predators’ who ‘masqueraded as party boys’.
The defense, however, has portrayed the brothers as successful businessmen and ‘womanizers’ who were hoping to have as much consensual sex as possible.
Despite the allegations they ran a vile gang rape ring, one of the brothers was supported by his model wife, who was seated with her in-laws and family.
Oren and Brazilian model Kamila Hansen tied the knot in April 2023 and welcomed a child together last year. His twin brother Alon has been married to Los Angeles fashion model Shani Zigron since 2021.
Tal’s estranged wife Arielle filed for divorce in January last year, roughly a month after he and his brothers were arrested in Miami. The couple had welcomed a baby not long before their split.
The brothers’ parents Shlomy and Orly Alexander were seen consoling each other and their family in court Tuesday as the jury was issued instructions. Orly even turned to rub the back of a woman seated next to her.

The brothers have pleaded not guilty, and their lawyers say prosecutors are unjustly criminalizing consensual sex.
The jet-setting Alexander brothers used a playbook over a 12-year stretch that sometimes involved drugging women and girls before raping them, the jury heard.
The brothers used ‘whatever means necessary’ including luxury accommodations, flights, drugs, alcohol and sometimes brute force to lure women into situations where they could be raped, Assistant US Attorney Madison Smyser said.
She said Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander ‘masqueraded as party boys when really they were predators’ from 2008 to 2021.
Attorney Teny Geragos, representing Oren Alexander, urged the jury to reject the government’s ‘monstrous story.’
She said the brothers, who got out of college in 2008, were successful, ambitious and sometimes arrogant as they pursued women in nightclubs, bars, restaurants and online in what is known as ‘hookup culture’.
‘You may find this behavior immoral, but it is not criminal,’ Geragos told the court. She previously represented Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs at his sex trafficking trial and helped him escape the most serious charges he faced.
She discredited the women who are set to testify, saying some of them were hoping to enrich themselves with lawsuits against the brothers and spoke of themselves as victims only after feeling regret that they had done illegal drugs or had sex outside of relationships with their boyfriends.
Attorney Deanna Paul, representing Tal Alexander, warned jurors that the subject matter of the case was disturbing and will seem like an R-rated movie, especially after prosecutors portrayed the brothers as ‘monsters.’

‘In their early 20s, Tal and his brothers were party boys. They were womanizers. They slept with many, many women,’ she said.
She urged jurors to reject the criminal charges against the brothers if they conclude that the accusers’ testimony was unreliable.
The openings preceded testimony in what’s expected to be a monthlong trial.
An indictment alleges that the men conspired to entice women to join them at vacation destinations such as the Hamptons by providing flights and luxury hotel rooms and inviting them to entertainment events and parties before sexually abusing them and sometimes raping them.
The brothers often ‘drugged their victims before assaulting them, preventing them from fighting back or escaping,’ the indictment alleged.
In court papers, defense lawyers have said that among witnesses they had identified, they’d been able to locate evidence ‘that undermines nearly every aspect of the alleged victims’ narratives.’
Oren and Tal Alexander were real estate dealers who specialized in high-end properties in Miami, New York and Los Angeles.
Their brother, Alon, graduated from New York Law School before running the family’s private security firm. Tal is 39 years old while Alon and Oren, who are twins, are 38.
The brothers have been held without bail since their December 2024 arrest in Miami, where they lived.
