Despite missing the services of Yeboah, Tompuo, Sefah, Alhassan and Acheampong to injuries, The Hunters were boosted by the return of Isaiah Nayrko from suspension and they got the job done.

They held to their narrow lead after recess to make it five consecutive home wins the league.

Heart of Lions ended their eight-match winless run last weekend but their problems persist.

Despite the dip form, Bashiru Hayford’s team are in 7th place in the league standings with 27 points thanks to their impressive start to the campaign.

Hayford will target a turnaround when they host Asante Kotoko in their next match.

Bechem United to will look to continue their resurgence when they travel to the capital to play Hearts of Oak.
