Among those deeply touched was Sista Afia, who could not hold back after coming across the footage online.

The award-winning musician immediately began making inquiries and personally searched for the woman after seeing the video. After days of effort, Sista Afia finally located her and decided to pay her a surprise visit with her team.

The singer arrived at the woman’s house loaded with several household items, including a brand new fridge. She also presented assorted food items, toiletries needed for the twins, as well as two baby strollers to make caring for the babies easier.

To crown it all, Sista Afia handed the woman an envelope containing money to support her financially.

Overwhelmed by the unexpected kindness, the mother of twins reportedly went down on her knees in shock and gratitude, thanking Sista Afia repeatedly for the life-changing gesture.

She emotionally reveales that the support would go a long way to reduce the heavy burden she has been carrying while trying to fend for her children.

Other family members who were present during the visit also expressed their heartfelt appreciation to Sista Afia.
