Boxing promotion firm, ACE Power Promotions (APP), have promised boxing fans fireworks at their November 16 promotion scheduled for the Centre Point Mall, Atomic Junction in Accra.

Dubbed the “Street 2 Champions Fight Night,” the event will feature Ghana’s future world title prospects Holy ‘Jaw Breaker’ Dogbetor, Samuel Takyi, and Mohammed Aryettey, who will face their yet-to-be-announced opponents.

Speaking to the Times Sports, the General Manager of APP, Mr. Isaac Amankwaah, said the event would feature some of the finest amateur boxers in Ghana to entertain boxing fans.

According to him, “Boxing has become a means to an end for a lot of young people in the coastal areas. We want to help young people to have a purpose by using boxing as a catalyst. That is why we have created Street to Champions to pick these young people from the street and give them a sense of purpose, and in so doing, take them away from social vices.”

He added that apart from these bouts, the current IBF Intercontinental African Featherweight Champion Holy Dogbetor, Olympic Bronze Medalist Samuel Takyi, and All Africa Games Gold Medalist Mohammed Aryettey will thrill fans with their amazing boxing skills.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Centre Point Mall, Mr. Bhagwan Asnani, reiterated his firm’s readiness for the event.

“The team is ready for this event, and as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, we strive to give back to society, and we see this event as no exception.”

He added that the team is working effortlessly to give patrons value for their money come November 16.
