Renowned Ghanaian gospel musician Diana Antwi Hamilton has officially launched the 2026 edition of her annual worship event, Awake Experience, at the ICGC Christ Temple East in Accra, marking a major milestone in the history of the gospel gathering.
Themed “Dwell,” this year’s edition celebrates 10 years of Awake Experience, one of Ghana’s most influential worship platforms.
Speaking at the launch on January 15, 2026, Diana Hamilton explained that the theme reflects a deeper spiritual journey, calling believers to remain, abide and grow in God’s presence.
She noted that while “MOVE” defined the journey in 2025, “Dwell” represents a more intimate and sustained walk with God.
At the launch event, the award-winning gospel artiste also formally renewed her commitment and contract with the Awake brand, reaffirming her dedication to the vision, continuity and growth of the worship experience.
The 10th anniversary celebration will be held in two major cities. The Accra edition is scheduled for 15th February 2026 at the ICGC Christ Temple East, Teshie.
It will feature an impressive lineup of gospel ministers, including South Africa’s celebrated worship leader Ntokozo Mbambo, Elder Mireku, Tagoe Sisters, Sisi Baidoo and Nana Yaw Ofori Atta.
