Following the 2024 election, Eugene Boakye Antwi, the Ashanti Region’s Member of Parliament for Subin, has promised to speak out against the problems inside the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

There is a lot to talk about, he argues, but that will be revealed following the 2024 election.

Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko’s status inside the political party was questioned by Eugene Boakye Antwi, who stated that although no one has voted for him, he is more powerful than those who have contributed to the NPP’s current state. “I have said that the two people who have destroyed the NPP are Ken Ofori Atta and Gabby Otchere Darko,” he stated to OKAY FM. Although he is the one who makes appointments, no one voted for him.

Since the NPP’s arrival, he has been selecting Danquah Institute members at the expense of Members of Parliament who are investing in the constituencies to keep the party afloat.
