Nigeria and Morocco have unveiled their squads for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), scheduled for December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle has selected the best Nigerian players available as they look forward to winning the competition to appease fans after missing out on the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Key players such as Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Calvin Bassey, Wilfred Ndidi, and Moses Simon have all earned call-ups to help the team excel at the tournament.

Meanwhile, host nation Morocco have also named a star-studded squad for the competition, which they have long targeted to win.
Head coach Walid Regragui, who led the senior team to a historic semi-final at the 2022 World Cup, has maintained the core of his squad for the tournament.
Stars such as Achraf Hakimi, Yassine Bounou, Noussair Mazraoui, Sofyan Amrabat, and Youssef En-Nesyri have all been included as Morocco aim for glory.
