Danny Angels, Chief Executive Officer of Royal Kingdom Estate (RKE), has been honored as Global Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year at the prestigious Adinkra Heroes Night Excellence Awards in New York City.
The recognition celebrates his exceptional leadership in Ghana’s real estate sector and his expanding influence in empowering global communities—particularly the African diaspora seeking secure investment pathways back home.
The award marks a major milestone not only for RKE but also for diaspora investors searching for credible, litigation-free real estate opportunities in Ghana.
A global validation of trust and integrity
The honor serves as a powerful endorsement of Royal Kingdom Estate’s commitment to secure, transparent, and professionally executed land acquisition processes. With the company’s expansive portfolio—including exclusive Prime Lands and the upcoming Future Apartments developments—the award signals global confidence in RKE’s due diligence, legal safeguards, and operational excellence.
Since 2022, RKE has sold over 600 acres of litigation-free land, with none of the properties embroiled in court cases—a rare accomplishment in an industry often challenged by disputes and fraud.
“People lose property in Ghana every day because of poor documentation and land litigation. But in our case, over 600 acres sold and none is in court. RKE is here to be the change needed,” Angels emphasized after receiving the award.
He outlined RKE’s bold roadmap for expanding secure property ownership across the continent. He spoke passionately about redefining real estate through what he termed “purpose-driven real estate”—a model designed to directly address Ghana’s infrastructure needs and the country’s more than two-million-unit housing deficit.
“What we seek to achieve is to prevent brain drain and provide opportunity for our youth—not just employment, but dignified employment,” he noted.
He reiterated RKE’s belief in spreading realistic, modern infrastructure across all regions of Ghana. From prime land to accessible country plots, he assured investors that RKE’s catalogue offers options for every budget and lifestyle, whether they currently live in Ghana or abroad.
“You don’t have to be in the country to own property,” he said. “Own boldly.”
A call for unity and forward momentum
Angels urged the African diaspora to embrace collective progress, stressing the importance of unity in building the continent.
“The horror stories and the scams of yesterday are over,” he declared. “We have built a brand that not only protects people but creates opportunities for our people back home.”
He highlighted RKE’s recent global activations—including tours in London, Atlanta, Houston, the DMV area, and New York—designed to reconnect diasporans with secure, legitimate real estate investment options.

Strengthening the diaspora investment movement
The award ceremony also offered valuable networking opportunities, allowing the RKE team to engage with influential members of the diaspora community and explore future partnerships to widen access to trustworthy investment options.
