Nigerian chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, has mentioned that she will need 250 bags of rice for her next challenge, cooking what is expected to be the world’s largest pot of jollof rice.

She explained that the specially designed pot for the attempt has a capacity of 22,619 litres, and her target is to fill it up to at least 75 to 80 percent.
