    Provisional results from Ghana’s 2024 general elections are coming in quickly from all 276 constituencies, with early figures showing tight races in key battlegrounds.

    Both the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are showing strong performances at the presidential and parliamentary levels.

    Other parties in the race are trailing significantly behind the two main contenders.

    Results from certain constituencies have captured national attention due to their potential to influence the overall outcome of the elections.

    Over 18 million voters were expected to cast their ballots at 40,648 polling stations across the country.

    A total of 12 candidates contested the presidency, while 801 individuals, including 118 women, ran for parliamentary seats.

    The sorting and counting of ballots are still ongoing in some constituencies, but here are the results so far:
