Woman who made claims of sexual and physical child abuse against 40 mothers is facing lawsuit

An ‘evil’ social worker who made baseless claims of sexual and physical abuse against 40 mothers because of her own ‘personal vendettas’ with them is now facing a $1million lawsuit.

Danielle Jurinsky, from Colorado, said her heart dropped when she received an eerie call from child protective services on January 29 informing her she was under investigation for sexually abusing her son.

The 38-year-old, Aurora City councilwoman and restaurant owner, began to weep at the gruesome allegation – especially considering she had no idea who had filed it.

‘I was begging and pleading with her that I love my son so much,’ Jurinsky told DailyMail.com. ‘I love my son more than anything in this world.’

At the time, Jurinsky had no clue the person accusing her was Araphoe County child- protective worker, Robin Niceta, 41.

The mother is now spearheading a $1million 40-person class action lawsuit against the worker – who she claims removed dozens of children from their families because of personal vendettas she had against their mothers.

Some were reported to services and had their children taken away after rejecting Niceta’s sexual advancements, the suit is set to claim.

Jurinsky made a critical comment against Niceta’s former lover. A day later, Niceta reported her for child sex abuse

Robin Niceta, who was a child-protective worker with Arapahoe county, is accused of making ‘sexual advances’ toward mothers and threatening to remove their children from their care when they rejected her. Over 40 people have lodged a class action lawsuit against her

Niceta launched the vicious and false attack on the mother because she had publicly criticized her partner, police chief Vanessa Wilson.

The social worker was later arrested in May for offering parents and caretakers alcohol and inviting them into their home before making sexual advances.

It was only then that Jurinsky was able to speak out about her experience – and to her surprise, dozens of other mothers immediately came forward with similar tales from the rogue social worker.

Jurinsky’s ordeal started on January 28 – one day after she had made a critical comment against the social workers ex-lover, Vanessa Wilson, while on the Steffen Tubbs radio show.

Mysteriously, police then received an anonymous tip from Niceta accusing the mother of sexually abusing her child. Niceta pretended she was an employee at one of Jurinsky’s restaurants.

She told police she heard Jurinsky ask her son, ‘Do you want to see something funny?’ and then proceeded to perform sexual acts with the child.

Speaking about police chief Wilson and her public criticism, Jurinsky said: ‘I wanted her gone.

‘I know she was not the right person for the job, crime was running rapid and we were losing officers at an alarming rate. But what I didn’t know was who her girlfriend was at the time.

‘I have never met Robin. I had no idea who Vanessa Wilson’s girlfriend was at the time. I’ve never even heard this woman’s name, and so it came as a shock to me when it was revealed that she was the one that made the call in may.’

Jurinsky’s sexual abuse case was deemed false in February – and police were then prompted to search for the perpetrator. The council woman knew that she was being set up, but she didn’t know by who.

The mother recalled crying after receiving a phone call wrongly accusing her of child sex abuse

A search warrant of Niceta’s county-provided laptop showed a thorough history of searches for ‘does the child abuse hotline keep phone numbers in Colorado.’ Niceta conducted the search just minutes before reporting Jurinsky.

In May, the former social worker quit her job as accusations began to pour in. On May 16, an arrest warrant was issued for Niceta.

But Jurinsky’s horrible story was just one of many. After Niceta was arrested, multiple woman came forward to claim that the social worker threatened to take their children away from them for not meeting her own sexual demands.

Leading the lawsuit, Jurinsky said: ‘I want these children returned.

‘Some of these women have lost everything. Whatever money they had, they gave to attorney’s trying to save their children. Other people lost their jobs due to the allegations.’

Niceta would report false abuse allegations without evidence on the women, leading in some cases to the mother’s losing custody of their children to the social care system.

This was amplified by the fact that it was Niceta’s word – as a county social worker – against theirs, Jurinsky said.

One of the mothers who claims she was blackmailed by the social worker is Bianca Salomon, 32.

Jurinsky’s sexual abuse case was deemed false in February – and police were then prompted to search for the perpetrator. The council woman knew that she was being set up, but she didn’t know by who

A GoFundMe page has been created to help Blanca Salomon reunite with her family after a Niceta claimed child abuse

She was stripped of her four children in January after Niceta testified the mother ‘punched her children in the face’ and the grandmother admitted she had to intervene.

Despite Salomon and her mother denying the serious accusations of child abuse, a judge ordered her children be taken away immediately.

The single mother joined into Jurinsky’s lawsuit – and is still attempting to reunite her family.

Meanwhile, mother Jamie Schneider said she was lured into Niceta’s home, after she was offered gift cards for her son. Niceta was assigned to the divorced mother’s case who was recently remarried.

The social worker welcomed Schneider into her home and offered her an alcoholic beverage, that she denied. Niceta then told the mother she needed to divorce her husband before she attempted to seduce her – motions Schneider denied.

Less than 24-hours later, Schneider’s son was taken away from her after ‘the court trusted her word as a witness,’ according to Jurinsky.

Schneider is also part of the lawsuit against Niceta in attempt to get her son back.

‘Everything they lost in all of this, I intend to recoup as much as that as I can,’ Jurinsky said. ‘I intend to be the voice.

‘What happened to me is not an isolated incident at all and I will go as far as to say that I believe at this point there’s an equitable evil that is plaguing Arapahoe County DHS,’ Jurinsky said

The former social worker has denied the allegations previously claiming she ‘didn’t know anything’ about them.

Niceta will appear in court on August 29.
