Nigerian senator, Shehu Sani has intimated that the bandits in the North are not capable to intercept the newly-purchased Tucano fighter jets of the Nigerian army.
Recall that the bandits have been wreaking havoc in the North with the burning of military equipment and fighter jets but Shehu has opined that the new Tucano jets have superior abilities to soar in the air hence, the bandits cannot touch it.
Taking to Twitter, the human rights activist wrote: The terrorists and Bandits in our Northern part of Nigeria doesn’t have the capacity to seize the newly purchased Tucano fighters,despite their show of anti aircraft capabilities.They operate & achieve their goals riding on motorcycles with AK47.They are not Talibans for now.
