    ‘We Need More Games Boys In The Music Industry’ – George Britton Asserts

    In the wake of the current discussions about how the Ghanaian music industry badly needs a lot of people with big pockets to invest in order to properly position the numerous talents in the country and give them the international recognition they need, many opinions have been shared.

    As the discussions continue, popular Ghanaian talent manager and entrepreneur, George M. Britton has taken to his social media pages to add his voice as well.

    In a post he made on his Facebook wall on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, the founder of GB Recordz shared the unpopular opinion that the music industry needs investments from Game Boys.

    According to him, these games have the money that will go a long way to position a lot of talented artists in the country to make them global icons, like the Nigerians have been doing.

    The manager of sensational Ghanaian musician Camidoh also added that the music industry will also be the best ground on which they can protect their investment because once they give their monies to people with the right knowledge and connections, the right structures will be put in place to ensure that the right thing is done.

    Soon after he made the post, it received a lot of mixed reactions.

    While some people felt his suggestions were not the best, renowned Ghanaian sound engineer, Joshua Raphaelson, who is popularly called JMJ, appears to agree with him completely.
