A worker has died after falling from a power pole at a construction site in Newcastle.
The 45-year-old was unable to be revived by coworkers after falling just after midnight on Monday at the site on Casuarina Circuit in Warabrook, in the city’s northwest.
Paramedics had been called to the scene but the man could not be saved.
Safework NSW is investigating the accident while forensic officers from NSW Police attended the scene.
