Three women were found fatally stabbed in the neck in a New York City home early on Friday morning.

One of the victims was a grandmother, and police are looking to question a relative of hers who fled the home at 5am in connection with the deaths, according to a senior official.

The women, who were aged 26, 46, and 57, were discovered in the Queens home by a home health aide, the New York Post reported.

They said the killings appear to be domestic, but there is no known history of domestic violence at the address.

The gruesome discovery was made in the Brookeville section of the borough, close to Long Island.

The trio were found around 10:40 am, and one of the victims was bedridden.

An NYPD spokesperson did not have any further details when contacted by DailyMail.com.
