Interim Ghana coach Otto Addo has named nine defenders for the Black Stars’ crucial 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying double-header against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Addo, an ex-Ghana international himself, settled on a number of alternatives following suspensions and injuries to some of his players.
The former Dortmund midfielder has dropped USA-based defender Jonathan Mensah from the squad while introducing former Dreams FC defender Montari Kamaheni for the games.
