The masquerade who was seen holding a cane, appeared to be the type of masquerade that whips people.
In the video the military officer was seen in his uniform telling the masquerade to go ahead and whip him, but the masquerade refused to.
The masquerade claimed that he could not whip his boss, referring to the military man as his boss.
While the conversation was ongoing the masquerade was heard telling the officer that he was the one who danced for him yesterday.
