The building has been in construction for at least five years, having been delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is expected to open its doors later this year and serve as a tribute to its late architect, the renowned designer Viñoly, who died in March, 2023.

The luxury building is supposed to feature 272 residences to the city – ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and a suite of penthouse residences, according to Design Boom.
