Singer-turned-influencer DaniLeigh has been arrested in Miami in connection with a DUI accident that has left one person seriously injured, DailyMail.com has learned.
The 28-year-old artist, real name is Danielle Leigh Curiel, was taken into custody at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center near Miami International Airport around 8:15am Tuesday after allegedly trying to flee the scene of the crash.
She has been booked on three serious charges including, leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury, driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and injuring a person while driving under the influence, according to records.

The stars were first linked in 2020 after DaBaby featured DaniLeigh in his music video for Levi High. They’re seen at the 2019 BET Awards together above
She has since been released on $9,500 bond. The identity and condition of the victim is not known at this time.
The Miami-based singer previously made headlines for her legal troubles involving controversial rapper DaBaby, with whom she shares a 20-month-old daughter.
She was charged with two counts of simple assault related to two incidents in November 2021, when DaBaby- real name Jonathan Lyndale Kirk – called police claiming she had assaulted him.
At the time, the rapper, 31, took to Instagram to livestream himself trying to kick her out of his North Carolina home, saying he was recording her ‘for his safety.’
Officers were initially called to the property on Sunday, November 14 and no arrests were made, but returned the following day after the rap star made a second claim of domestic abuse.
DaniLeigh herself later shared her own video of police officers responding to DaBaby’s call.

She is heard in the clip telling viewers the Rockstar rapper was trying to kick her and their daughter, who was three-months-old at the time, out of the house.
‘It’s so unfair this situation because this whole time I’ve been nothing but straight with this man and tried, tried, tried.’
‘Nothing but genuine pure love for this man from the jump,’ she tells the cops.
