A few hours ago, social media was thrown into a frenzy when Shatta Wale faked an attack by assassins stemming from a death prophecy by the founder of New Life Kingdom Chapel International, Stephen Akwasi, otherwise known as Jesus Ahuofe.
In view of this, the Ghana Police launched a search for Shatta Wale from his home to various hospitals only for him to come out and admit that it was a hoax.
Hence, Nana Romeo, the host of the show on which the prophecy was given has confirmed that Jesus Ahuofe has reportedly been picked up by some police officer at the premises of Accra FM this morning.
Reports from Accra FM’s Nana Romeo indicate that the man of God was about to be hosted on his show this morning but before the show commenced, he was picked up by some police officers for questioning.
Although the reason behind his apprehension has not been revealed yet, we believe that it will be in relation to his prophecy about the dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., well known as Shatta Wale.
Recall, the man of God during an interview revealed that a popular musician by the name of Charles will be shot dead on 18th October 2021. According to the man of God, the musician needs to seek the intervention of God against the doom prophecy.
He never made mention of the name the musician is well known for but in Ghana, when we talk about the most popular musician who goes by the name Charles, Shatta Wale happens to be the first one to come to mind.
Surprisingly, yesterday, news broke that the musician, Shatta Wale has been shot by some unknown persons at East Legon. Later, the musician came out to suggest that what looked like a critical issue happened to be a stunt but he is now on the run because his life is in danger.
Taking to his Facebook, he wrote;
THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY .Psychological, or emotional trauma, is damage or injury to the psyche after living through an extremely frightening or distressing event and may result in challenges in functioning or coping normally after the event. The statement made by this false prophet has gotten me in a mood of violence since no one in this country cares.So the police of this country want to tell me none of them saw those threatening statement online to take Action?
This pastor said 18th October shatta wale will be shot and you want to tell me you didn’t see from you cyber crime department nor did u hear or came across anything like that online ?I won’t wait for Ghana police to call my father and tell my father ,his son got shot this afternoon,I won’t wait for Ghana stupid media houses to spread news to my fans about me being shot because all we wish in this country is for dead people and funerals.
If my life can be threatened and there is no law to take actions on that then I guess I will do what is right in the eyes of God.This is not the first time I have had these threats in this country am now I am going these emotional trauma alone ,My dad has even defended me on radio on this same issue .why ? Why ? Ghana ?
