The hope of Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is known as Shatta Wale to get his name on the list of winners when it comes to the MTV Music Video Awards has been cut short.

It could be recalled that the musician had his feature with Beyonce, ALREADY, nominated for an award at this year’s MTV Music Video Awards.
The video was nominated for the Best Art Direction award, however, it failed to win as the eventual winner was Saweetie ft Doja Cat – Best Friend.
This is really a big loss for our man considering the fact that he wanted to win to brag with it. Even before the show, he made a post saying he was going to gift someone a car if he wins.
The post he made reads;
“If I win this VMA’s I will dash somebody one of my cars tomorrow …with just one question I will ask …..
Guess the question !!!!”
