The mysterious Hamzy clan associate who was allegedly kidnapped in an exclusive Sydney suburb has been living in a lavish $6million mansion with waterfront views while out on bail.
Rodrigo Henriquez, 39, was allegedly assaulted with a crowbar then bundled into a car by a group of men outside his Oyama Avenue home, in Manly, about 9.30am on Sunday.
Witnesses contacted police who pulled over the Toyota Hilux around 11km away in Warringah Road, at Forestville, a short time later.
Four men were arrested and Henriquez was taken to hospital for treatment where he was treated for injuries.

Property records show the home has been rented out for $4100-a-week since December 2020
The multimillion dollar Northern Beaches home at the centre of the alleged kidnapping has been rented out since December 2020.
The four bedroom home, which features a pool and overlooks Manly Beach, spans 488 square metres and goes for a whooping $4100 per week.
Property records show the home was purchased for $2,355,000 in 2007, but is worth up to $6.79million in the current market.
While little is known about Henriquez, he was allegedly involved in a high-profile brawl between warring Sydney gangs – the Alameddine and Hamzy networks – at Ballina Airport in February 2021.
Footage of the incident allegedly shows high-ranking Hamzy member Ghassan Amoun and Henriquez trading blows with Alammeddine ally John Ray Bayssarri and another associate.
Henriquez was charged with affray and has been on bail while the matter remains before the courts.

The alleged kidnapping on Sunday has rattled residents of Manly, where homeowners pay a median of $4,065,000 for a house in the popular beachside suburb.
A local resident told Nine News she called police after seeing four men in balaclavas waiting for in a car for Henriquez then pouncing on him as he walked by.
Police were allegedly forced to pursue the car through Forestville after it failed to stop when officers tried to pull the Toyota Hilux over.
The vehicle eventually came to a halt on Starkey Street after officers deployed road spikes.

The four men arrested were taken to Manly Police Station and charged by detectives overnight.
A 24-year-old man from Sefton, a 24-year-old man from Auburn, a 25-year-old man from Colebee, and a 19-year-old man from Doonside have each been charged with five offences.
They include kidnap in company with intent serious indictable occasion – actual bodily harm; participating in a criminal group contribute criminal activity; be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner; face blackened/disguised with intent to commit indictable offence; and affray.
The Sefton man has also been charged with two additional offences; police pursuit – not stop – drive recklessly, and use offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention.
Police are investigating if they are linked to the rival Alameddine network.
All have been refused bail to appear in Manly Local Court on Monday.
Henriquez has now been released from hospital.
