Police say three adults and two children were shot during an argument at a Texas flea market and the suspect is still at large


  • A gunman shot five people at a Texas flea market in Pearland south of Houston
  • Law enforcement reported that the assailant fired several shots, and as of now, the perpetrator has not been apprehended
  • The circumstances that led to the shooting remain unclear

Three adults and two children were shot while at Texas flea market on Sunday afternoon – and the gunman is still on the run.

Police said that the shooter opened fire following an argument at the Cole’s Antique Village & Flea Market in Pearland, near Houston, off North Main Street, south of the Beltway just after 5:30pm. 

All five who were shot were taken to local area hospitals. Their conditions were not immediately known. 

The Houston Police Department and Harris County Precinct 2 Constable’s are assisting Pearland Police in the response. No description of the gunman has yet been released.

Chad Rogers, Public Information Officer for the Pearland Police Department said the area is still an active scene and have asked the public to stay away from the area.
